Due to the nature of digital products there will be no refunds for these items. All sales are final.
If you are purchasing a physical product in our shop and there is a problem such as a defect or it is damaged, I will replace the item with proof of the issue.
We do also process returns for physical items if you change your mind about wanting the product.
