I am Susan Fahidy and I am a bereaved mother raising my daughter’s children. I have a passion to create, and I find my happiness while I am being creative. I found myself unable to re-enter the corporate world once I lost my son and then my daughter and raising children who needed grief support. So, I decided that helping other bereaved parents manage daily grief life experiences was my future. I also feel that we are in a time when we like to express ours emotions outwardly, yet, grieving child loss is not always accepted. So I decided to create wearables and printables, that subtly or not so subtly, express our grief of child loss.
While grief is part of the human experience, not all grief is created equal. My mission is to change the way society sees grieving parents so we no longer need to hide behind the mask of “I’m ok”.
Welcome to my store where you can take of that mask and be who you are. Here you are understood and your grief is accepted unconditionally.
