All of my products are sold on a non-refund, as is basis unless the product is damaged when received. If it was damaged due to shipping problems you must get a damage report from the shipper before I can refund money (minus shipping charges) or replace the product. If it did not download properly (digital products) let me know and I will check into the problem and/or resend it.
